| Services for local government, businesses and waste management companies. |
Consistent with their claim of offering all-round resource management services, the specialists at MVV Umwelt Ressourcen plan waste volumes and utilisation channels, as well as the treatment of waste at treatment and power plants.
Planning input streams
The resource management team develops concepts to meet individual customer requirements based on the different types of waste to be handled. Its key task is to supply and satisfy plant capacities with the optimal fuel types. The main parameters here are calorific values, qualities and economic terms. Multimodal delivery possibilities also play a special role and include delivering and unloading waste by rail for larger customers. By working closely together with customers, this leads to solutions which account for all individual requirements, while guaranteeing reliable waste utilisation.
Marketing of residues
As well as organising the supply of fuel from all kinds of household and commercial waste and from mid-calorific refuse-derived fuels (RDF), such as mixtures of paper, plastics, wood and packaging residues, the resource management team also organises targeted measures to market plant output materials. These include various types of slag, filter dusts and recyclable materials resulting from the mechanical treatment of commercial waste. These residues are put to new use in a variety of industrial segments, such as road construction and mining.
